Lockerly Arboretum

The Arboretum is a fifty acre public garden and educational facilities. Situated one mile south of Milledgeville, we are located on the southern edge of Georgia’s rolling Piedmont Region, and just above the Fall Line. Because of this strategic location, the Arboretum straddles two climate zones, which supports a diverse range of flora. The Arboretum has hiking and driving trails throughout the property and numerous plant collections.
