Horticulturist

Permanent, full-time position
Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with Saturday rotation 1:00-5:00 p.m.
Driver's license required.

Lockerly Arboretum is seeking a qualified horticulturist to oversee operations, including restoration of plant collections and development of display gardens. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position is responsible for project implementation and direct supervision of assigned staff and volunteers. Qualifications include the ability to provide organization and leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as a team member toward the overall success of our mission. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
